Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Mel at tots toun has provided the best set up for most of my nieces party’s, what a set up they can provide! From bouncy castles, to mascots and the best food resources! Book tots toun for any of your part needs. Delivery and pick up was easy and on point. Tots toun are also doing my step daughter’s 13th birthday and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for it! Also you will get the best little helpers for your party in her 2 lovely daughters!

Would highly recommend.
Booked the green & blue bouncy castle and hot dog machine for my girl's 10th birthday party.
Set up on time and collected at end of party, hassle free.
The hot dog machine was a great feature of the party as well as the castle fitting in to our Shrek theme.

Thank you so much to Tots Toun Softplay for providing such an amazing service. My daughter and her friends loved the Pink Princess Bouncy Castle.
It was very clean and looked brand new! Communication was excellent and it was set up and collected on time.
The staff at tots toun were so friendly and helpful upon booking right through to the day of the party. They really went above and beyond to make my little girl feel special on her birthday. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company to hire 5* soft play and bouncy castles for their special occasions.

Melissa at Tots Toun literally saved my girlie's birthday party! She was meant to have a trampoline party but the place shut down 2 days before her party - I messaged Melissa and within just a couple of messages she had organised a bouncey castle and even offered recommendations for other providers I needed. She was there as arranged and was a joy to deal with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Used your service in 2022 for my sons first birthday. Were so helpful discussing what it was I was after and making a package up that worked with my budget and theme. Great communication on the day and everything was perfect 😊 with added touches such as vinyl with my sons name and age.

We used Tots Toun for a birthday party in the house and also for some Sunday fun with the soft play. Girls loved it and had a blast, it went down a treat. Friendly, polite and a great price with great service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for something a bit different and will always use them in the future

Couldn’t recommend this company enough, from booking to set up & the collection. The whole service was stress free for my little boy’s birthday, they even brought a free coaster which made it even more fun for his little friends to race. The Tots Toun team got us out a mess. Morning of our party the bouncy castle guy was uncontactable, Facebook deleted and a 3 year old on the verge of not having a party. Within the hour, Alan was out with a brilliant castle and slide, he left us a ball pit and some bouncers for the kids too.
There's absolutely nothing bad to say about them, I should have contacted them in the first place!

The most amazing service, lovely woman and everyone commented on how fab the soft play was! Absolutely brilliant for a kids party, the children loved it and were never away from it. Just a perfect set up for my princess💕 100000% recommend.
